The star lost nine stone after undergoing a sleeve gastrectomy in August 2020, which saw her drop from a size 18 to a size 10.
In an interview with OK! magazine, Chanel said: I’m now 8th and dress size 6-8. Last summer I was about 9’5 and before the sleeve was fitted I was a size 22’17’4.
I got really stressed out by college deadlines and the kids’ schedules with schools and their parents and I think this caused me to lose weight.
It means my skin is more relaxed, so while I still feel a million times better than I did when I was unhealthy, now I’m thinking, “Maybe I want to do something about this,” so I’m thinking about a tummy tuck.
The reality TV star began by adding, “I feel like I’m getting a little old,” before admitting that she’s also considering a breast lift because she thinks her breasts are “distorted” after the surgery.
Chanel underwent stomach surgery in 2020, and explained at the time that the operation was a “last resort” after struggling with her weight for years.
After the operation, she explained her reasons for going under the knife, writing on social media: “It was such a buildup: medical issues related to obesity, declining mental health, I barely left home.” I needed a second chance for my health.
Asked if she felt she had any options, Chanel wrote: “Yes, absolutely. I would have continued to eat myself into an early grave had I not attempted the surgery. It’s not for everyone and I’ve researched it extensively and it’s changed my life.

This comes after Chanel burst into tears over her psychological struggles recently.
But the star later took to social media to insist she was “completely fine” after the emotional moment.
She said she “likes to keep her social media transparent and reveal what my actual life is like” rather than creating an illusion.
Chanel asked her followers not to judge her as she thanked them for their support after her breakdown, saying, “Please don’t judge me.”

In the video, she said, “Please don’t judge me for the fact that I’m in the same outfit, same place only with extra fat in my hair and a pair of glasses.” Otherwise I’m exactly the same as yesterday’s post.
I just wanted to thank you all for your lovely messages of support and that you feel the same way sometimes and for acknowledging that life can be hard.
Anyway, I’m not going to bore you, but I just wanted to tell you all that everything is absolutely fine.
Chanelle admitted that “adulting is hard” and she doesn’t enjoy putting on a fake smile on social media because “things aren’t always great.”

She continued, “It was just a trash day in a trash week really. I like to keep my Instagram reflective and transparent of what my actual life is like.
A lot of people just post highlights which is totally fine, share what you want to share but sometimes being an adult is hard and social media can be really cool.
“You see all of these things and it’s all great but just sitting there it’s not a great feeling, so my post was about showing how it’s easy to put on a smile and bring out the good when really we can do it realizing that things aren’t always great.”
She was referring to a video of her crying on social media, admitting that she feels “lost and confused” after the start of the “garbage” until 2023.
