Kyle Richards shows off ripped abs in a crop top and skin-tight leggings…after shutting down rumors that she’s using diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight
Kyle Richards announced that she used a combination of a good diet and exercise when she explained her recent weight loss.
And on Sunday The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills The star showed off the results of all her hard work she claims to have put her through the gym by posting a photo of herself showing off her ripped stomach.
The midriff-revealing new post comes on the heels of people calling out the reality star for using the diabetes drug Ozempic to help her shed pounds.

In the photo, Richards is posing in front of a mirror at a gym wearing skin-tight black leggings and a charcoal-black T-shirt, pulled over just below her chest.
She was also wearing white, yellow, and black running shoes, as she stood with her right foot forward on a piece of balancing aid equipment.
The reality star completed her sporty look, with her dark brown tresses pulled back into a loose ponytail, while hair was loosened around the frame of her face.

“When it’s the real deal, you don’t have to pretend,” Richards stated in recent days when defending her claim that she had not used Ozempic. Page six.
The L.A. native, the last remaining original RHOBH cast member, has kept it up
“After putting on weight over the summer — on July 15 — after getting off the boat, I said ‘that’s it,’” Richards, 54, told fellow RHOBH cast member Teddy. I have no sugar, no carbs, no alcohol.” Mellencamp and Tamra Judge on Monday’s episode of Two Ts In A Pod.
Many people thought I was taking Ozempic. To be clear, I’ve never taken Ozempic,’ she repeated, while referring to the diabetes drug that’s been used for weight loss by many people lately.
She also noted that she wasn’t also using Mounjaro, a similar diabetes medication used for weight loss, or “any of the injectables” like Wegovy or Saxenda.

Not having it: The reality star has shot down rumors that she’s used diabetes medication Ozempic to shed pounds in recent months.
At first, Richards was just going to drastically change her diet by cutting back on sugar, carbs, and alcohol for “maybe two or three weeks,” but she ended up quickly revising that plan when she noticed the benefits of her new lifestyle.
I started losing weight and feeling great. “Why would I go back to that?” Richards asked. “So I still haven’t had alcohol at all, you know, I’ll have a piece of birthday cake here and there but that’s it.”
Amidst all the rumors that she had surgery to help her lose weight, Richards went on to explain that she only had a breast reduction.
Semaglutide, sold under the brand names Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus, is an antidiabetic drug used to treat type 2 diabetes and as an anti-obesity drug for long-term weight management, developed by Novo Nordisk in 2012, according to Wikipedia.
