Fitness February will include six completely different business areas where master classes and seminars will be presented by the most distinguished speakers in the world, which will be around 25 speakers. The areas will be training, cross training, pilates, yoga, AADD (directed activities) and indoor cycling.

On the other hand, in the Palacio de Exposiciones there will also be about twenty companies in the sector presenting their various products, as a complement to all the sporting activities in the first weekend of February.
